With its famous super clubs, luxurious beaches, swanky restaurants and tranquil pine-clad hills which make for a very therapeutic walk, if you\u2019ve managed to shake the hangover from the night before that is, the legendary party destination never fails to prove that it\u2019s THE place to be for summer, and thanks to our friends at the Mambo Group<\/a>, our latest trip will be one to beat as we were treated to luxury accommodation and a whole weekend of unforgettable experiences.<\/p>\n

Las Mimosas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Las Mimosas is a 4* boutique hotel located in the San Antonio Bay area of Ibiza, opening its doors to guests for the first time earlier this year. Las Mimosas has been completely renovated by the Anadon family, who are most well-known for Ibiza\u2019s famous sunset spot, Caf\u00e9 Mambo<\/a>. Parents, Javier and Caroline and their sons Christian and Alan also known as the Mambo Brothers, spent a lot of time when they were growing up at the original Las Mimosas, often visiting for breakfast with their grandparents. When the previous owners decided to retire, it seemed like a perfect opportunity for the Anadon\u2019s to take on a new project and create something special in a place that holds so many great memories.<\/p>\n

The hotel is made up of 11 junior suites and six suites all accompanied with a terrace with either a pool or a sea view. Las Mimosas oozes the Mediterranean vibe with its white stone walls, natural fabrics and bleached wood to complete its sophisticated look.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\" \"\"Guests can enjoy themselves as the quiet location, peaceful pool and incredible spa allows you to completely forget you are amongst the bustling party scene of Ibiza.<\/p>\n

We can\u2019t talk about Las Mimosas without complimenting the hotel\u2019s Italian restaurant which is a destination in itself. Serving up a frequently changing menu of antipasti, fresh pastas, pizzas from the wood fired oven, and meat and fish cooked on the open grill, not to mention the delicious hand crafted cocktails that look just as good as they taste.<\/p>\n
