- By entering into this free prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
- This prize draw is open to all, except for employees of boohooMAN, their immediate family, sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees who are directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.
- The free prize draw starts at 00:00 (UK) on 10/05/2021 and will run until 23:59 (UK) on 23/05/2021.
- All entries must be received by 23:59 (UK) ON 23/05/2021 to be eligible for this prize draw. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible or do not arrive within the specified time frame will be invalid.
- There are three types of prizes to be won: a. entry to the free prize draw to win 1 of the following £2000 (GBP) cash by bank transfer; b. an EXTRA 15% off MAN Active code; c. an EXTRA 20% off MAN Active code. Players will need to achieve step challenge criteria in-app to trigger the different tiers of reward.
- Android users: to participate in the Step Challenge please ensure your Android device is compatible with Google Fit.
- All 15% off and 20% off codes issued will exclude Sale & Selected Lines, are single use and are valid for use only on the boohoo Apps until 23:59 (UK) on 6/06/2021 at which point the codes will expire and cannot be reissued.
- Prizes are not transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. No other costs will be covered. Usual boohoo terms & conditions and competition terms apply.
- The prize draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date and the winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. Should there be no response to this email within 7 days or should the email be returned as undeliverable for any reason, including but not limited to an invalid email address, boohooMAN reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.
- boohooMAN reserves the right to disqualify any entries that we have reason to believe are third party, bulk entry or in any way fraudulent.
- boohooMAN accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by technical faults.
- By entering this promotion, you give permission for boohooMAN to post your first name and surname initial on our website and social media outlets should you win a prize in the prize draw.
- Prize draw winners will receive their prize within 28 days of confirmation of their win.
- Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of participation to enter the free prize draw promotion.
- The decision of boohooMAN is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The free prize draw promotion is governed by English law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Any personal data relating to the free prize draw entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
