1. The promoter of the ‘Shop Now. Save Later.’ promotion (“Promotion”) is Boohoo.com UK Limited of 49-51 Dale Street, Manchester, M1 2HF (“Promoter”).
2. The Promotion is open to individuals over 18 years old in the UK who have opted in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. The Promoter shall have the final discretion as to whether any eligibility criteria has or has not been met.
3. To enter the Promotion, individuals must:
a. Satisfy the eligibility criteria at clause 3;
b. Visit the www.boohooman.com website or BoohooMAN app;
c. Complete a purchase (of any value) between the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Order”).
4. All Qualifying Orders must be made between 12:00 BST on 2December 2020 and 23:59 BST on 6December 2020 to automatically qualify for the Promotion (“Promotion Period”). Any orders made after the Promotion Period will not be valid. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of any order.
5. By entering into the Promotion you agree the Promoter can contact you (using the email provided in your Qualifying Order) in connection with the Promotion.

The Promotion offer will be an extra 10% off discount code (“Promotion Code”) to redeem on the Promoter’s website or App. The Promotion Code will be sent to individuals which have entered the Promotion (in accordance with clause 3) on 29/01/2021 The Promotion Code will be subject to further terms of use and will only be valid between 29/01/2021 and 05/02/2021 (“Redeem Period”). The Promotion Code will not be valid to use after the Redeem Period. The Promoter shall not be liable to provide any alternative promotional offer if the Promotion Code is not redeemed.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any aspect of the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions.
8. Any person who participates in the Promotion and provides their details to the Promoter in connection with the Promotion accepts:
i. these Terms and Conditions;
ii. any reasonable direction of the Promoter; and
iii. the use of their personal data by the Promoter:
1. for the purpose of administering the Promotion; and
2. any other purpose which is reasonably required, given the nature of the Promotion.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
