We sat down with the creator of the famous House Every Weekend<\/em>, David Zowie<\/a>, to talk about his new track, his summer highlights, fashion & what’s in store for 2017.<\/p>\n

Who\u00a0influences you musically?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daft Punk, Prodigy, Pharrell, Timberland, Vikter Duplaix and many more<\/p>\n

Name three\u00a0artists you had on your playlist growing up\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kriss Kross, Shabba Ranks, EMF.. they were Unbelievable.<\/p>\n

When was the\u00a0pinnacle moment you realised you could make a career in music?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve never thought about having a career I just always made music regardless..<\/p>\n

What\u2019s been\u00a0your biggest career highlight so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The success of House Every Weekend but hoping the best is yet to come.<\/p>\n

If you could\u00a0collaborate with one other artist, past or present, who would it be?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve mentioned Madonna a few times but still waiting on that one! So I will say Diplo.<\/p>\n

Where\u00a0is the most memorable venue you\u2019ve ever played?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What\/Who\/Where\u00a0is the most memorable performance you\u2019ve ever seen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Barrington Levy, Jazz Cafe, Camden.<\/p>\n

You took a\u00a0bit of a hiatus since your dominating dance floor track, House Every Weekend. How\u00a0have you been spending your time\u00a0off?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Visiting various places I wanted to go to like a mini bucket list. Building a base to work out of and working on some film ideas.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re now\u00a0back with your track, The Real Don. How pleased are you with the track?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Very pleased. We were going for that nostalgic sound brought into the new age and I think it sounds that way. The track and the video complement each other well.<\/p>\n

Did you face\u00a0any difficulties when creating The Real Don?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No, it was a pleasure.<\/p>\n

Apart from\u00a0your own, what song are you playing on repeat at the moment?<\/strong><\/p>\n
