Wednesday is the 4th of July, also known as Independence Day. Now for some people Independence Day reminds them of the fantasy/thriller starring Will Smith, but for our friends across the pond, it sparks the date the USA commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence, but most importantly, it gives everyone a day off work and an excuse to throw parties like you’ve never seen before.
