Who wants to see The Inbetweeners back on their TV screens? Well, you can’t. But you can get half of the comedy quadrant in the new TV sitcom, White Gold, airing 24th May on BBC Two.
The new series includes Inbetweeners actors Joe Thomas, who played Simon, and James Buckley, who played the foul mouthed Jay, and joining the lads is Gossip Girl actor, Ed Westwick. The show is written and directed by The Inbetweeners co-creator, Damon Beesley, and follows the everyday shenanigans of the characteristic staff who work at a double-glazing showroom in Essex in the 80s.
If your taste in humour veers towards sex, drugs, foul language and awkward situations, then you’ll love this.
