N’Golo Kante has been awarded PFA Player’s Player of the Year award.

Since being involved in Leicester’s monumental title win, his career has skyrocketed. The 26 year old has found himself as a regular in Chelsea’s starting 11 and has now made appearances for the French national team; a fantastic achievement for a player whose name was known by only a few in England two years ago.

He managed to beat previous winner and team-mate, Eden Hazard, plus the likes of Harry Kane, Romelu Lukaku and Dele Alli, to be crowned player of the year.  He’s in the running for a Premier League title for a second consecutive year, and has helped his side reach the FA Cup final. It could be a year full of silverware for the French midfielder.

Missing out on the PFA Player’s Player of the Year award, Dele Alli has won the PFA Young Player award for the second consecutive year.

The 21 year old plays a huge role in the Spur’s squad, who are unbeaten in their last 7 Premier League games. The midfielder has 16 goals this season and has been praised in all elements of his game.

A huge congratulations to Kante, Alli and all of the other PFA winners.
