All eyes were on the star studded, sold out event in Manchester, as Ariana Grande and multiple artists assembled to pay emotional tributes to the families and victims of the Manchester attacks.

Marcus Mumford opened the show with a minute of silence, before performing an acoustic version of his song Timshel. Take That, Robbie Williams, Pharrel Williams, Miley Cyrus and Niall Horan all performed before Ariana Grande took to the stage for the first time and sang Alright and Break Free.

She was followed by artists such as Little Mix, Black Eyed Peas, Imogen Heap, Tony Walsh, Mac Miller, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Coldplay and a surprise appearance from one of the most famous Mancunians alive, Liam Gallagher.

After a series of powerful performances of their most heartfelt tracks, all of the artists returned to the stage to show their support for Ariana Grande as she performed, with the help of the audience, her song One Last Time and a soulful version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow.

The benefit concert that held 50,000 fans and was broadcasted live on BBC 1, raised more than £2m for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and although the show is over, the impact of the unifying event has just begun.
