- The promoter of BoohooMAN’s boohooMAN x Vibe by Jet2Holidays Closing Parties Giveaway (“Prize Draw“) is Boohoo.com UK Limited of 49/51 Dale Street, Manchester M1 2HF (“Promoter“).
2. Eligibility
This Prize Draw is open to individuals UK aged over 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their immediate family, sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees who are directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.
Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.
3. The Prize Draw
The title of the prize draw is boohooMAN x Vibe by Jet2Holidays Ibiza Closing Parties Giveaway.
• How to enter
• To enter the Prize Draw entrants must:
• Fill in the required form fields as stated on the landing page. (“Entry” or “Entries”).
An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once by entering their name, email address, date of birth and mobile number via the BoohooMAN entry form on either https://www.BoohooMAN.com/page/BoohooMAN-x-Vibe.html or https://www.boohooman.com/page/new-students-competition.html.
Entries must be made between at 18.00pm BST on 13th September 2023 and 11.59pm on 17th October 2023.
• Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid.
• No bulk, third party or automated entries are permitted.
• All entrants (including the winner) must comply with any reasonable directions given to him or her by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalid Entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize.
Winner selection and contact
• The winner of the prize draw will be notified by email within 7 days after the closing time for the prize draw. (“Announcement Date”).
• No correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with this Prize Draw.
• The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the prize draw entry. The Promoter will ask the Winner to provide further details in relation to the Prize (the “Details”). The Winner must provide the Details in order to claim the Prize.
• If any Winner fails to provide their Details to the Promoter within 5 days of the Promoter contacting the winner and asking them to provide the Details then the Promoter acting in its absolute discretion may:
• make further attempts to contact that Winner; and/or
• withdraw the Prize from that Winner.
• If the Prize is declined by a Winner or is withdrawn from a Winner by the Promoter, the declining or forfeiting Winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions; and the Promoter may offer the Prize to a new Winner by random selection.
Winner publicity
• The Promoter reserves the right to publish each Winner’s name and Entry on the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and on its website found at www.boohooMAN.com.
• By entering the Prize Draw, if you are a Winner you agree to your Entry being published and to take part in and co-operate fully with all reasonable publicity accompanying or resulting from this Prize Draw without further recompense.
The Prizes:
- 4. The winner will win:
- (a) a 3 night holiday for four adults (aged 18 years or over at time of travel) in an Innside The Studio Frontal Sea View room on a bread and breakfast basis at INNSIDE BY MELIA IBIZA BEACH, IBIZA. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com base that fly to Ibiza, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
- (b) This prize must be booked by 29th November and all travel completed between
- 05/09/2023 – 12/10/2023 OR
- 05/05/2024 – 23/05/2024 OR
- 11/06/2024 – 18/07/2024 OR
- 29/07/2024 – 05/08/2024 OR
- 04/09/2024 –27/09/2024
(the above holiday prize is subject to the “Holiday Terms” and “General Terms”)

£2,000 worth of BoohooMAN vouchers (four vouchers at a value of £500 each for the winner and each of their guests) to be spent on boohooMAN.com. Vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of date of issue. The winner will also win £2,000 cash or the winner’s relevant currency (£500 each for each of the winner and their chosen 3x friends). The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winners cannot request any alternative prize (cash or otherwise).
Holiday Terms
- 5. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
- 6. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
- 7. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays’ and Jet2.com’s terms and conditions (together the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
- 8. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
- 9. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
- 10. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
- 11. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
- 12. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.
- 13. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
General Terms:
14. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policyhttp://www.jet2.com/privacy). BoohooMAN will pass the winner’s details to Jet2holidays for the purpose of providing the prize.
15. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
16. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so. Any changes to the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions will be announced by the Promoter through its Instagram accounts.
18. By entering the Prize Draw you accept these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time you submit your Entry.
19. Any person who provides their Details to the Promoter in connection with this Prize Draw accepts:

25. Without prejudice the Promoter reserves the right to exclude any Entry from the Prize Draw if it deems it to be ineligible or otherwise invalid and the Promoter shall have complete discretion in this respect.
26. No responsibility can be accepted for lost Entries or incomplete Entries. Proof of Entry is not proof of receipt.
27. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (or part of any provision) is found by any court or other competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force.
28. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with whatever modification is necessary to give effect to the commercial intention of the Promoter.
29. No failure or delay by a party to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms and Conditions or by law or any abandonment of any such right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
30. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

32. The Prize Draw, these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim which may arise out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or these terms.
Entry requirements
• Any Entry that is deemed by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, offensive or which may otherwise bring the Prize Draw or Promoter into disrepute will be excluded from the Prize Draw and the Promoter reserves the right to take any further action in respect of such Entry that it deems appropriate.
• The Promoter will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Promoter to disclose the identity of or to locate anyone posting or linking any content to its Twitter or Instagram pages which infringes any third party rights or is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
Use and display of Entries and copyright
• The copyright subsisting in the Entry must belong to the entrant. Entrants will retain copyright in the Entries they submit. Entrants must not have infringed the rights of any other party or breached any laws when submitting their Entries. If an Entry contains reference to or images of a person, the consent of that person (or their parent or guardian if they are under 18) must have been obtained.
By submitting an Entry:
• you licence and grant the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for any purpose in any media including, but not limited to the Promoter’s website, social media accounts, marketing materials, newsletters and promotional material without further compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability;
• you waive any moral rights or similar rights in respect of your entry to which you may be entitled (at the time of submission or in the future) under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended time to time or under any similar applicable laws in force from time to time in force anywhere in the world;
• you acknowledge that third parties will have access to and will be able to republish your Entry in accordance with the terms of use of the social media platform through which your Entry is submitted.
Liability
• Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter or its agents or representatives or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, neither the Promoter, nor its agents or representatives assume responsibility for:
• any Prize that is not redeemed;
• any personal property;
• any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure;
• any system failures or malfunctions of any third party websites;
• any incomplete, lost, delayed or late Entries;
• any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Prize Draw;
• any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the participants in the Prize Draw howsoever arising from participating in the Prize Draw;
• communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Prize Draw;
• inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, or any website (including without limitation any social media web sites) or any combination thereof through dial up, broadband, mobile internet or WAP connections;
• any injury or damage to a participant which may be related to or arising from the Prize Draw or the Prize;
• if for any reason the Prize Draw or any website in connection with the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer, virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion; and/or
• any other matter outside of their reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
• To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute or common law are expressly excluded from these Terms and Conditions.
• The Winners agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Promoter, its group of companies and their officers, employees and agents from and against all liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including legal and other professional fees) arising out of or in connection with any allegations or claims resulting directly or indirectly from:
• their Entry into this Prize Draw; and/or
• their receipt and use of any Prize.
