1. By entering this free prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
2. This prize draw is open to all individuals above the ages of 18 at the time of participation, except for employees of boohoo their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
3. The free prize draw starts at 00:00 (UK) on 2nd August 2022 and will run until 23:59 (UK) on 31st August 2022.
4. All entries must be received by 23:59 (UK) on 31st August 2022 to be eligible for this free prize draw. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible or do not arrive within the specified time frame will be invalid.
5. In order to enter the Man of the Match prize draw participants must, using the in app game, kick the football at various targets using the power bar to gauge distance and your mouse (on desktop) or finger (on mobile devices) to guide direction.
The aim of the game is score as many points as possible within the 60 second time frame. Special time boost targets will appear intermittently during play which will grant the player additional time if hit.
Targets will reward different caches of points based on their speed and distance from the foreground of the game.
The game ends when the time runs out. Thresholds to unlock prizes are highlighted below: entry into the £250 prize draw is triggered at 600 points, further prizes can be unlocked by reaching higher points tiers.

6. There are three types of prize to be won:
a. Extra 10% off next order through the boohooMAN APP
b. Free next day delivery in the UK, free standard delivery on orders over $75 threshold in the US & AUS, free standard delivery on orders over €50 threshold in France, Germany and Netherlands. Free express delivery on orders over €50 threshold in Ireland, and
c. one (1) Cash prize of, depending on entrant’s home location, either (i) for entrants living in the UK £250 (GBP), (ii) for entrants living within the EU €250 (EUR), or (iii) for entrants living in the US $250 (USD), paid in cash by bank transfer
Participants will need to achieve base score criteria in-game to trigger the different tiers of reward.
7. In the UK and IRE free shipping codes may be redeemed against our next day express or standard delivery services. In FR, DE & NL free shipping codes may be redeemed against our standard delivery services on orders over €50. In the US and AUS free shipping codes may be redeemed our standard deliver services standard delivery on orders over $75.
8. In all regions 10% off codes are applicable against all menswear excluding sale & selected lines on the boohooMAN APP only. All codes issues are single use and are valid for use only on the BoohooMAN Apps until 23:59 GMT on the 1st November 2022 or whilst stocks last, at which point the codes expire and cannot be reissued.
9. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. No other costs will be covered. Usual boohoo terms & conditions and competition terms apply.
10. The prize draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date and the winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. Should there be no response to this email within 7 days or should the email be returned as undeliverable for any reason, including but not limited to an invalid email address, boohoo reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner. If the prize is declined by a winner or is withdrawn from a winner by boohoo, the declining or forfeiting winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions; and boohoo may offer the prize to a new winner by random selection in accordance with this clause 10.
11. boohoo reserves the right to disqualify any entries that we have reason to believe are third-party, bulk entry or are in any way fraudulent.
12. boohoo accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by technical faults.
13. By entering this promotion, you give permission for boohoo to post your first name and surname initial on our website and social media outlets including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok should you win a prize in the prize draw.
14. Prize draw winners will receive their prize within 28 days of confirmation of their win.
15. Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of participation to enter the free prize draw promotion.
16. The winner will be selected by random selection via electronic means. The decision of boohoo is final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with this prize draw.
17. The free prize draw promotion is governed by English law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

- any prize that is not redeemed;
- any personal property;
- any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure;
- any system failures or malfunctions of any third party websites;
- any incomplete, lost, delayed or late entries;
- any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this prize draw;
- any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the participants in the prize draw howsoever arising from participating in the prize draw;
- communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this prize draw;
- inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, or any website (including without limitation any social media web sites) or any combination thereof through dial up, broadband, mobile internet or WAP connections;
- any injury or damage to a participant which may be related to or arising from the prize draw or the prize;
- if for any reason the prize draw or any website in connection with the prize draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer, virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion; and/or
