Who is Lil Mosey, how old is he and how did he start out?

Real name Lathan Moses Echols, Lil Mosey was born January 25, 2002, and raised by his mother. He started rapping in his early teens, inspired by Meek Mill’s Dreams and Nightmares, and uploaded his first song So Bad to SoundCloud in 2016 when he was just 14! He quickly garnered 50,000 views.

Dropping out of high school to pursue a music career, he released Pull Up in 2018, his very first official commercial single. Pull Up was a success, garnering millions of plays and views on YouTube.

Pull Up was followed by Boof Pack, and then Noticed. His music is described as melodic rapping, and when you listen to his singsong delivery and the vernacular lyrics that are tailored to his life, you can’t fail to be drawn in by his music. His music videos attract tens of millions of views on YouTube.
