We sat down with the creator of the famous House Every Weekend, David Zowie, to talk about his new track, his summer highlights, fashion & what’s in store for 2017.

Kriss Kross, Shabba Ranks, EMF.. they were Unbelievable.
When was the pinnacle moment you realised you could make a career in music?
I’ve never thought about having a career I just always made music regardless..
What’s been your biggest career highlight so far?
The success of House Every Weekend but hoping the best is yet to come.
If you could collaborate with one other artist, past or present, who would it be?
I’ve mentioned Madonna a few times but still waiting on that one! So I will say Diplo.
Where is the most memorable venue you’ve ever played?
The Palm, Dubai
What/Who/Where is the most memorable performance you’ve ever seen?
Barrington Levy, Jazz Cafe, Camden.
You took a bit of a hiatus since your dominating dance floor track, House Every Weekend. How have you been spending your time off?
Visiting various places I wanted to go to like a mini bucket list. Building a base to work out of and working on some film ideas.
You’re now back with your track, The Real Don. How pleased are you with the track?
Very pleased. We were going for that nostalgic sound brought into the new age and I think it sounds that way. The track and the video complement each other well.
Did you face any difficulties when creating The Real Don?
No, it was a pleasure.

What’s been your summer highlight of 2017?
Making our first music video.

George Michael – Everything She Wants. Although it’s not really guilty..
What does a day in the life of David Zowie look like? How do you spend your down time?
Cook food, play music, watch and play football when i can.

Film – Back To The Future 2, TV Series – The Apprentice
